We focus on offering replacement pumps for machine tools used for industrial purposes. Our coolant pumps are made in Europe by the italian pump specialist SAP. All pumps intended for the US market are available for the usual US voltages. With more than 30 years experience within the metalworking industry we are a competent partner to our many valued custumers in Europe as well as in the US.
SAP pumps are of high quality and designed for a long service life in industrial use. They are resistant to liquids containing particles (i.e. contaminated water) and chemical compositions, typically used in coolant fluids and meet the requirements of the IP Electrical Protection Classes (IP codes correspond to NEMA, learn more )
Typical fields of application are band saws, milling machines, surface grinders and lathes but you will also find them in cooling systems for draft beer, wine and ice machines. SAP pumps tolerate all forms of applied chemicals in manufacturing plants and can be easily throttled by up to 80% pressure, so that the amount of coolant is automatically adjusted.
Our catalogue of pumps contains all standard dimensions already in stock so there usually is a replacement pump to meet the task. It is also possible to customize any pump for specific applications and mains voltages.
All coolant pumps are circulating pumps with a discharge head of 6 to 30 feet – depending on model and backpressure. By default, all pumps comply with the IP54 electrical protection class [ compare IP to NEMA ]. If you need advice on which pump to fit your machine just drop us a note.
